New Delhi, Sep 5 (IANS) A legal issue became an obstacle between a cow and its calf when a Delhi Court Monday refused to pass an order on a plea seeking release of the cow from the custody of the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) to suckle the calf. The court also expressed shock over the death of 46,000 stray cattle held by the civic agency.
